How will you make an impact in this role?

Enterprise Platform Services & Operational Data Management operates within Global AR & Enterprise Platform Services, a key component of the broader Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence. This Center of Excellence brings together product, engineering, and delivery teams to accelerate speed to market and maximize customer value across several of the organization’s key platforms.

The Vice President of Product Management, Enterprise Platform Services & Operational Data Management, focuses on Enterprise Capabilities such as Account Statements, Disclosures, Product Definition, Product Composer, and Global AR portfolio management and operations. The team drives the development of capabilities, platforms, and software in partnership with stakeholders and technology teams, leveraging Agile methodology and AI to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Define and own the capabilities and platform strategy, modernization and roadmap for multiple EP platforms, including Statements, Disclosures, PACE product definition, Product Composer and GAR BPM.

  • Manage senior, multi-business stakeholder relationships and prioritize competing platform needs and features.

  • Ensure the platform(s) meets evolving enterprise needs through continual innovation, evaluation, and delivery.

  • Establish and lead value co-creation workstreams across business and technology partners.

  • Lead Global AR & Enterprise Services annual planning.

  • Ensure Global AR portfolio audit readiness.

  • Align data requirements to enable Global AR business growth and transformation, including data analytics and risk and control initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate business strategies into actionable plans, with a proven track record of driving results and strong attention to detail.

  • 8+ years of experience leading multiple platform product management and/or product development teams in an Agile and AI environments.

  • Recent experience leading large product management and or Product Development teams modernizing platforms from mainframe to cloud architecture is required.

  • Program Management and Portfolio Management of large programs in Financial Services is required. 

  • 2+ year of experience in Data Management is required.

  • Knowledge of the issuance capabilities is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with global teams in multiple locations; experience leading product management teams and change management across global stakeholders is strongly preferred.

  • Proven innovation skills and experiences, with the ability to create flexible and scalable platform features leveraging AI.

  • A leadership style that motivates, coaches, and develops high-potential direct reports.

  • Growth mindset and flexibility to play multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $176,750.00 to $282,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
