We are looking for someone to be part of a dynamic team as a Technical Program Manager for one of our clients. The role will primarily support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program, assisting in project execution and contributing to technical efficiencies. The role may also support other initiatives as needed and will benefit from mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leadership.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program team in project execution and delivery.
Assist in building project data models and automation solutions to improve program management processes.
Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders and technology teams.
Contribute to documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting adoption of new technologies (e.g., Power BI, Generative AI).
Participate in continuous learning and integration of new tools and platforms.
Work independently on assigned tasks and contribute to team objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
5-10 years of experience in program or project management within financial services or technology.
Candidates should have domain expertise within financial services or large-scale technology environments, allowing them to contribute meaningful insight when managing strategic initiatives.
Agile knowledge/experience preferred but not essential.
Strong technical foundation with experience in automation, data analysis, or reporting tools.
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and platforms is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
