Job Description:

Need a seasoned professional with sql knowledge/ federated queries. Starburst/Trino is a semi new application. We are platform owners, we do DevOps and Admin skills to maintain the platform and support of LOBs.

Need someone with OpenShift/container knowledge willing to be devops or admin on platform if they don't have Starburst skills/knowledge but must have sql query knowledge/skills

Installation and Configuration of Starburst.

Coordinate/Plan & Execution activities related to platform maintenance, Disaster Recovery and Software release management

L3+ escalation for Platform Issue resolution, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Configuration and tuning of production and lower-level environments

Perform Capacity & Stability monitoring - Assist with Platform metrics collection and reporting

Contribute to definition, review, documentation & communication of standards and Best Practices

Requirements:

Hands on Experience with the Starburst Software Installation and Configuration

Working knowledge of Openshift/ Kuebernetes

Proven troubleshooting & issues resolution skills

Ability to analyze & communicate root cause and resolution steps

Familiarity with Starburst Software Best Practices

Working knowledge of the Starburst software security model and adaptability

Starburst Software Installation/Configuration & openshift containers

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Hands-on Installation & configuration experience with Starburst.

Experience with connectivity configuration for Starburst.
