Work with clients and lead Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions

Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues

Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions

Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan

Consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles

Working with global teams on CE technology implementation and maintenance projects

Other Desired Skills Include

Experience implementing integrations with modern cloud integration patterns & technologies (Azure Integration Services, i.e. Logic Apps, Function Apps, Message Bus, etc.)

Client programming (JavaScript/TypsScript, PCF controls) and server-side programming (.NET, C# or vb.net)

Development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
