About the Role

Join a highly motivated, collaborative team shaping a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform processing billions of data points weekly. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to architecture, automation, and product intelligence while staying hands-on with C#/.NET 8+, Azure, Cosmos DB, React, TypeScript, and modern cloud technologies.

You’ll work in a small, agile team that values your ideas, embraces innovation, and actively contributes to open-source projects aligned with business goals. Mentorship, technical leadership, and shaping the platform’s future are all part of the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design and develop high-performance, scalable, multi-tenant applications.

Leverage cloud-native architecture including Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems (Microsoft Orleans).

Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.

Work with messaging systems like Kafka/AMQP, databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB), and monitoring tools (Grafana).

Contribute to product innovation and architectural decision-making.

Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver solutions for high-profile clients.

Your Expertise

Strong experience with C# / .NET 8+ and cloud development on Azure.

Proficiency in React / TypeScript and web development frameworks.

Experience with distributed systems, serverless architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).

Knowledge of messaging systems, testing frameworks (xUnit), CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

Familiarity with Python scripting and data-heavy applications is a plus.

Comfortable contributing ideas and leading technical discussions in a collaborative environment.
