Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
Work Location
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Align technical execution with business goals
Translate complex requirements into technical designs
Collaborate with global and offshore teams for seamless delivery
Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications
10+ years of solid working experience in .NET Core and C#
3+ years of experience with Azure functions and Service bus
3+ years of experience with Teraforms and Azure configurations
Experience with designing, developing, and deploying HIPAA-compliant applications end-to-end
Back-End: Competency in the Microsoft ecosystem using .NET Core, required for building scalable server-side logic and APIs
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in VB.Net desktop app development is desired but not necessary
Experience with GIT, copilot and usage of copilot in GIT and Visual Studio
AI experience
Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven solid communication and collaboration abilities

Compensation and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Salary Range: $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
