About The Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Developers to join our dynamic team responsible for the development and ongoing support of critical enterprise applications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, SSIS, and SQL
Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems with minimal supervision
Handle large-scale data processing (millions of rows) efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern development practices
Ensure high availability and performance of applications in production
Work in overlapping U.S. time zones to support global stakeholders
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience in software development (8+ preferred)
Strong proficiency in C#, SSIS, PL/SQL, and SQL Server
Proven experience in data-intensive applications
Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, etc.)
Familiar with using Jira to track and update progress
Ability to work independently and manage production support responsibilities
Able to work in a fast pace environment as business needs can shift year over year
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks etc.)
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins
Strong analytical and communication skills
