The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into functional code, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance software systems for automotive applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software aligned with AUTOSAR and ASPICE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain advanced software components for automotive systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define software requirements and design specifications.
Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and other applicable automotive software standards.
Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding best practices to maintain technical integrity.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex software issues within targeted timelines.
Optimize software development processes and tools for continuous improvement.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience in automotive software development (minimum 6+ years).
Programming Languages: C, C++, Python
AUTOSAR Development Tools: Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos Studio
IDEs: Eclipse, Visual Studio
Version Control Systems: Git, Bitbucket, SVN
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI
Static/Dynamic Analysis Tools: Helix, CodeSonar, Polyspace, Coverity
Communication Protocols: CAN, I2C, SPI, LIN, FlexRay
Debuggers: AVR ICE, NXP, Trace32 (Lauterbach), Multilink
Minimum 2+ years of cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
8+ years of experience with automotive embedded systems.
Familiarity with Functional Safety and Cybersecurity standards (ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434).
