About the role and what you’ll be doing:
This role requires an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with 15+ years of specialized technical experience in PeopleSoft implementations and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the PeopleTools technology stack and demonstrate proficiency in developing, customizing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications. This role requires a technical specialist capable of delivering robust solutions and providing technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle. This role is required to report to the client site in St. Paul, MN 2-3 days per week, on a hybrid schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft technical definitions including Application Engines, Fluid Pages, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Scheduled Processes, and Integration Broker services
Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and retrofitting activities for system upgrades and enhancements
Experience in any enterprise level ticketing system (ServiceNow, JIRA, HPPPM etc.,) and its flow of operations
Worked on water-fall methodology projects and be able to handle both Service Requests and Change Requests together
Develop and customize PS Queries to meet business requirements
Implement and maintain Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflows and business rules
Manage integration configurations using Integration Broker technology
Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex system issues
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications pages and reports
Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles) for the business users
Participate in upgrade projects including Tools releases and application updates
Implement and utilize latest PeopleTools features including Event Mapping, Drop Zones, and Page/Field Configurator
Be able to understand the functional as well as technical requirements and provide various implementation/change options that suits the business needs.

Understanding of DB2 database systems, with proficiency in DDL and DML queries
On-hand experience on process monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
Should have the basic understanding of Purchasing, eProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger modules
Be able to do the Project Migrations through Application Designer and proficiency in understanding the project compares
Must have working knowledge on PeopleSoft’s component security, row-level security, object security and search frameworks
Should holds the knowledge to create/update/manage dashboards on either Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ and VSAM. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with version control systems and software development tools.
Extensive experience in mainframe application development, support and maintenance

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $85,000 to $135,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
