Job Description
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you’ll join a business team composed of two other functional analysts working in Agile mode (Scrum/Kanban). You’ll use Jira, Confluence and Xray tools, and work in a context of gradual migration from a Mainframe IS to a Java 17, Kafka and Jenkins environment. This environment includes around a hundred applications, several of which are major.
The position is based in Cagnes-sur-Mer, with 4 months of full-time attendance required at the start, followed by 2 days per week of hybrid teleworking after 4 months.
Your day-to-day
Gather and analyze business requirements;
Lead functional workshops;
Write specifications and design mock-ups;
Present requirements to developers and monitor developments;
Qualify deliverables and analyze anomalies;
Contribute to the migration to the new IS.
Keys to your success
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in functional analysis, ideally in complex environments;
Proficiency in Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray);
Ability to gather and formalize business requirements, write clear and testable specifications, and design UX mock-ups;
Comfortable communicating with developers, understanding technical constraints and reading code if necessary.
Extra edge
Knowledge of Java/Spring, Kafka, Jenkins environments and IT migration issues.
