Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Be able to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
Be able to write the code and Review the code of the engineers
Involve in critical and complex technical discussions
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement
Candidate should be confident to work independently, handle and guide the team and should be self-motivated
The candidate should have good analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
Candidate should have worked in microservices environment and should be fully aware of reference architectures and design patterns required for a complex implementation

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in software development
8+ years of experience in Programming Languages:
Cobol
JCL
3+ years of experience in Control M on z/Oso
3+ years of experience with DB2
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Integrated Eligibility and knowledge of the Healthcare domain

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
