Role: Product Owner
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and business value.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to define and deliver high‑quality features.
Conduct detailed refinement of user stories and write clear, comprehensive acceptance criteria.
Support functional testing cycles, including mainframe functional testing and post‑production validation, ensuring end‑to‑end product quality.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth execution.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis roles.
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and related business workflows.
Hands on experience of functional testing and post‑production issue validation.
Proven expertise in backlog prioritization, feature scoping, and iterative delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies with hands‑on experience driving Agile teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.
Experience working with mainframe systems is good to have.
