JOB DESCRIPTION
Knowledge And Proven Expertise Of
Monitoring System Deployment: Install, configure, and manage monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, CheckMK, Azure Monitor, AWS Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk,
Infrastructure & Application Monitoring: Set up server, network, database, and application monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Alerting & Incident Management: Define and configure alerting policies, thresholds, and escalation procedures for proactive issue detection.
Log & Event Management: Integrate log management tools for real-time log analysis and troubleshooting.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible to streamline monitoring configurations and responses.
Integration & Dashboarding: Create dashboards and reports in Grafana, others.
Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Active Directory & Group Policies: Manage and troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems.

ITIL Foundation Certification
Titulacion Requerida
Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree
Experience of at least 5 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 3 years performing same role.
