Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) PAC‑3 Program Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑performance missile manufacturing and assembly solutions across internal sites and external suppliers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence for the PAC‑3 missile program. You will partner with design, production, quality, supply chain and program stakeholders to ensure products are built on schedule, within cost, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Production Operations, Program Management, and Financial Management to align engineering solutions with business goals.
Manage and coordinate Notice of Change (NOC) and Production Line Validation (PLV) activities for both internal and external production sites.
Apply data‑driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners, ensuring clear communication of technical decisions and changes.
Navigate complex situations across all organizational levels to achieve productive outcomes and maintain schedule integrity.
