Job Description:
We are seeking a Mainframe Dev (Natural, Adabas, COBOL, DB2) to join our team as a coder/debugger. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, fixing, implementing, enhancing, optimizing and maintaining the application.
Responsibilities:
Should possess good knowledge on banking domain.
Design, develop, analyze, enhance, and deploy Mainframe code.
Basic knowledge of JCL, VSAM, CICS, Easytrieve, TWS, ISPW, NATONE editor.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to zOS integration.
Integration knowledge with peripheral systems to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide hands-on support activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions.
Additional advantageous knowledge in areas such as:
Easytrieve for quick deployment and fixes.
ISPW for change management.
TWS for job scheduling.
Past core banking Knowledge would be an added advantage.
