About the role and what you’ll be doing: We are looking for a creative and curious Learning Experience Design Intern to support the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality learning programs across the organization. Working closely with instructional designers, curriculum specialists, learning program managers, and business stakeholders, this role provides hands‑on experience across the full learning lifecycle—from learning design and content development to program coordination and continuous improvement. This internship is ideal for students or early‑career professionals interested in Learning & Development, instructional design, learning technology, or learning program coordination in a corporate environment.
Interns may be aligned to enterprise L&D initiatives or specific programs (such as the Mainframe Academy) based on business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learning Design & Content Development
Assist in the creation of digital, blended, and instructor‑led learning materials.
Support development of microlearning, videos, simulations, and other engaging learning assets using tools such as Articulate Rise and basic video‑editing software.
Ensure learning content is accessible, inclusive, and learner‑centered.
Contribute ideas and fresh perspectives to improve learner engagement and experience.
Learning Technology & Data Support
Maintain and upload learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Support basic reporting and analytics to measure learner engagement and program effectiveness (e.g., attendance, completion rates, survey results).
Assist with testing and piloting emerging learning tools and technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions.
Program Coordination & Delivery
Support the planning, organization, and delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors as needed.
Assist with program documentation, communications, and follow‑up activities.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Collect and organize feedback from learners and program stakeholders.
Assist with compiling summaries or visuals for program reviews.
Bring a learner‑centric perspective to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.
Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this, our ideal intern candidate would graduate in Winter or Spring 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities after the internship ends.

Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, or related field.
Interest in Learning & Development, talent management, or program coordination.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Comfort learning and experimenting with new tools, including AI platforms.
Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
