Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Mainframe Natural Developer to spearhead the creation of reliable software solutions on mainframe platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of applications using Natural programming language
Enhance and maintain existing software to meet evolving business needs
Oversee Adabas database management, including design, data access, and performance enhancements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and produce technical documentation
Create and implement unit and integration tests to uphold software standards
Identify and fix software bugs and optimize system performance
Document technical architectures and development workflows to facilitate maintenance and team knowledge
Requirements
Proven track record with at least 5 years in Mainframe application development
Deep expertise in Natural programming language and other Mainframe programming languages
Comprehensive knowledge of Adabas database administration and tuning
Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams to convert business demands into technical solutions
Strong skills in software testing and debugging methodologies
Effective communication skills in English at advanced proficiency level (C1 or above)
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
