We're Hiring: Lead Appian Developers – Sydney & Melbourne

Are you an experienced Appian Developer ready to take the lead? Join us as we scale and optimise the Appian platform across critical business functions. You'll lead end-to-end delivery, mentor a talented team, and work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian solutions

Define and enforce architecture and development best practices

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Guide and mentor developers, driving continuous improvement

Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery

Explore emerging technologies to enhance Appian capabilities

Manage UAT, deployments, and upgrades (cloud and on-prem)

Work with global teams in an Agile environment

What You Bring

6+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian

1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role

Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS

Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills

Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred

Bonus: Experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, or Process Mining tools
