IT Applications Developer/Senior - CHARTS
Nebraska DHHS is seeking an experienced IT Application Developer/Senior to join our Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team in CHARTS. This is an on-site position in Lincoln, NE, that will perform essential duties in order to support DHHS's mission of 'Helping People Live Better Lives'.
Compensation
Pay Range: $35.267/hr – $51.987/hr
Starting pay may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints (if approved).

Job Duties: Support Nebraska’s Child Support System (CHARTS - Children Have A Right To Support), which includes PowerBuilder front-end, COBOL/DB2 mainframe, and web development for customer interactions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or other related field AND two years of experience, education, or training in coding computer applications; programming experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in large-scale system development with COBOL and DB2/SQL knowledge.
Other: This is not an out-of-state remote position, must be willing to timely relocate if located outside of NE.
