About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer Intern to join our engineering team. The intern will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world projects, allowing you to enhance your technical expertise in front-end frameworks and web development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Convert Sketch, Invision, or Figma designs into functional, production-ready web pages.

Write clean, reusable, and optimized code for high-performance web applications.

Develop responsive layouts compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve user experience.

Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing modules.

Work on RESTful API integrations and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication.

Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to the team’s technical discussions and growth.

Requirements

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred; React.js or Vue.js a plus).

Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS and frameworks like Bootstrap.

Understanding of REST Web Services and API consumption.

Experience using Git or other version control systems.

Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to collaborative projects.

Good to Have

Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases.

Basic knowledge of Node.js, Java, Ruby, or Python.

Familiarity with Electron framework for desktop application development.

Understanding of WebSockets for real-time data exchange.

Awareness of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing libraries such as Jasmine or Karma.
