As one of the largest Finance functions in Corporate Australia we provide opportunities across Corporate Finance, Shared Services, Commercial Finance, Capital Management, Financial Control, Operations Finance, Project Finance, M&A and Strategy and Planning.

We operate in a fast paced, nimble environment with professionals who work collaboratively to achieve market leading outcomes.

The opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our EverydayX Finance Team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, 4 days a week. This role will primarily focus on supporting our External partnerships, end to end result of Loyalty (3 days) and supporting CODB (1 day), representing a quasi job share arrangement with an SBA and BA who currently perform this role in the alternate days.

What You'll Do

Be part of the EDR long term strategy to grow external partners, diversify revenue and unlock the cross shop opportunity

Support financial oversight of External Rewards partners and Costs of Doing Business

Contribute to budget setting, overall forecast and performance of Loyalty

Support projects that help to drive value add insights, continuous improvement and business performance using innovation and automation to improve productivity and end to end finance effectiveness

Guide and facilitate disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective

What You'll Bring

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including professional qualifications: CA/CPA

Strong business partnering skills including managing multiple stakeholders with various skillsets such as marketing, commercial, product, technology

Strong presentation and storyboarding skills with analytical and problem solving skills

Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience, simply

Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of data. SAP experience needed, GCP & IPA familiarity is an advantage

Strong work ethic, proactive and have the ability to work under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Highly commercial and analytical as well as creative and resourceful with a drive for results
