Month-end closing is mission-critical—and you’ll be the trusted partner ensuring it happens flawlessly. Beyond daily support, you’ll work on automation, reporting enhancements, and system upgrades, testing changes in a sandbox before they go live. You’ll also collaborate internationally on projects that enhance SAP capabilities and implement new solutions.
What You’ll Do
Act as Level 2 SAP Finance Support, resolving tickets from EMEA users via Freshservice
Troubleshoot complex issues and get to the root cause quickly
Support month-end closing, annual budget, and forecast processes with Hyperion reporting
Collaborate with IT on system changes, testing in sandbox environments before deployment
Drive process improvements and automation projects, including reporting enhancements
Create documentation, user guides, and training materials to boost system knowledge
