Join Amdocs as an Ensemble Developer and play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical telecom applications. You will work on Ensemble applications including MAF, CSM Unix, and CSM Online, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on development with mission-critical support, gaining experience in Amdocs architecture while working closely with customers across Europe.
What will your job look like?
Support production issues in Ensemble applications, ensuring high availability for business-critical operations.
Design, develop, debug, and maintain software systems within the Ensemble framework.
Collaborate with operations, and customer engagement teams to deliver effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Interact with customers to gather requirements, provide solutions, and implement approved changes.
All you need is...
3–5 years of experience with Amdocs Ensemble applications.
Strong C/C++, Unix/Linux, and Shell scripting skills.
Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database patching.
Familiarity with PowerBuilder and Tuxedo.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to GenAI tools such as Tab9, Cursor, or Git Copilot is a plus.
Flexible and motivated, willing to support production operations when required, including occasional after-hours work.
