ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

We want you to be a part of our team, from Warsaw, Poland, as a Business Analyst.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.

Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,

Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software Development

Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle

Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,

Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features

Analyses available systems

Supports identification of options for potential solutions

Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies

Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.

Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process Excellence

Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes

Responsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes

Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements

Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Ability to evaluate and translate mobilie usability standards

Proficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptace criteria, and backlog grooming.

Understading of platform guidelines (Apple and Android), app store constraints, and push notification policies.

Ability to use UX tools like Figma.

Certifications: At least two among:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent

Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent

or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution

Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,

Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,

Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram,

state diagram, logical data model etc.)

Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or

others

Presents excellent analytical and communication skills

Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively

Presents problem solving skills
