Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. To work on a Procurement implementation system project. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Provide functional expertise in the procurement toolset being implemented.
Support the implementation partner in configuring procurement modules according to business requirements.
Facilitate workshops, conduct one-on-one interviews, perform process mapping, and utilize other methods including developing User Stories, likely working within Agile sprint cycles.
Conduct thorough analysis of procurement processes, systems, and data flows.
Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who has proven experience working on the implementation of procurement systems, ideally in the SAP, Ariba, Coupa space. You will also have in-depth knowledge of procurement functions and modules such as Source to contract and procure to pay. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
