Job Description
The Access Management Officer is responsible for providing technical and operational support for day-to-day administration, support and fulfillment for limited RBC operating system access requests/updates for PB&CB and Private Banking units following a centralized support model (e.g. SECAF, Access Manager, Windows, RACF, Stand-alone Infrastructures, etc.) as well as SECAF, Linx and Covarity for those non-centralized PB&CB Units. Support for Banking Operations Units may also be leveraged if skilled in that centralized support model. Critical responsibility for timeliness and accuracy of daily activities to ensure seamless employee system accessibility to support and enhance client experience and mitigate undue risk and potential loss events. Completes assigned operational support/technical initiatives as required.

What will you do?
Provide technical and operational support for day-to-day administration, support and fulfillment for limited RBC operating system access requests/updates for PB&CB and Private Banking units following a centralized support model (e.g. SECAF, Access Manager, Windows, RACF, Stand-alone Infrastructures, etc.) as well as SECAF, Linx and Covarity for those non-centralized P&CB Units.
Complete high volume, low/medium complexity access provisioning requests with timeliness and accuracy to ensure seamless employee system accessibility within established benchmarks and service levels
Leverage solid technical knowledge of Centralized PB&CB Unit operating system applications and their downstream impacts, causes and effects and interdependencies on client fulfillment activities.
Ensure knowledge level around the operational risk and regulatory requirements meet position requirements as Full Security Administrator (FSA) in SECAF UI and Direct Administrator for minimal other 3rd Party applications
Ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained and maintained for audit purposes.
Follow all applicable mapped and documented processes and procedures; where process gaps are identified, escalates and suggests innovative ways to circumvent based on experience
Work to build strong relationships, engaging in cross skilling, training, coaching, mentoring, and assisting colleagues understanding the value and importance of continuous learning and an innovative workforce.
Must-have:
5+ years in Branch or Centre environment
High Speed Internet to Stable High Speed Internet Connection
Good technical writing aptitude
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Solid ability to manage client and stakeholder relations
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to shift tasks in high pressure environment
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as with other members of a team
Highly motivated and with a strong growth mindset
Ability to pivot, react and adapts to our changing environment
Flexible on shift hours
Nice-to-have
French Bilingual
1-2 years of experience in a technical/system access or operational related role good working knowledge of RBC systems (ex: Casper, Linx, Service Platform, CART, Application Launchpad , Iris, On-Demand, Originate etc.)
